  Changjincheng has production equipment for processing most of the elastomer materials, including rubber plate vulcanizing press, rubber injection molding machine, rubber extrusion molding machine, polyurethane MDI material casting machine/foaming machine, polyurethane NDI material casting machine/hair Bubble machine, automatic sandblasting machine, automatic cleaning machine, automatic gluing machine, automatic disc machine, large-scale vulcanizing equipment, and grinding machinery, etc.

It can process all elastomers, including rubber, silicone, liquid silicone, polyurethane, thermoplastics, etc. Supporting facilities include compression molding machines, rubber injection machines, rubber extruders, low-pressure casting polyurethane machines, shot blasting equipment, cleaning equipment, automatic equipment spraying machines, rotating turntables, vulcanizing equipment, and grinding machines.


Extrusion molding
Rubber extrusion molding is to apply strong pressure to the metal blank placed in the mold cavity, forcing the metal blank to produce directional plastic deformation, and extruding from the die hole of the extrusion die, so as to obtain the required cross-sectional shape, size, and certain Plastic method of mechanical properties of parts or semi-finished products. Compared with the stamping and cold heading process, the extrusion molding process is suitable for copper, aluminum, and low carbon steel, which are easily deformed and have simple shapes but large deformation.


From the initial production of rubber rollers, Chang Jincheng has fully grasped the shrinkage and expansion properties of various elastomer materials and has also accumulated a wealth of post-processing properties, including the precision grinding tolerance of the product within ±0.03mm, and the unprocessed dimension tolerance of the shape within ± The processing experience of 0.1mm and foamed products has laid the foundation for our subsequent product development and production.

Pouring vulcanization molding
NDI polyurethane solid elastomer casting, polyurethane foaming, NDI polyurethane is mainly used to produce polyurethane solid tires. The company’s self-designed prepolymer reaction process can realize the 6-month stable storage of NDI prepolymer and the best NDI material performance. Refer to the Vulkollan production process, combined with our own production experience, and adopt a complicated post-vulcanization process to maximize the performance and bonding effect of the material, high production efficiency, low defect rate, automatic production, and greatly reduce labor cost.
NDI polyurethane microcellular foaming technology: The NDI polyurethane prepolymer independently developed by the company is selected as the main material, and the imported low-pressure polyurethane foaming machine is used for continuous production of the closed-mold foaming process. The product defect rate is low and the foaming aperture is uniform. , The density error is less than 3%, which maximizes the dynamic performance of NDI polyurethane materials.
Among them, the rubber-to-metal bonding technology adopts a production line that integrates a fully automatic metal surface sandblasting machine, a fully automatic cleaning machine, and a fully automatic glue spraying machine to achieve efficient processing of metal parts and ensure the bonding effect, while using multi-cavity Mold design, automated production line, maximize production efficiency and shorten delivery cycle.

 

Compression Molding
The compression molding process has achieved popularity as a way to create low tolerance rubber or synthetic rubber parts. The rubber uses the temperature and pressure of a hydraulic press to vulcanize the product with the help of a mold. It can be applied to two-color and double-hardness products or multi-color and multi-hardness products, and can also be used to coat plastic and metal. General objects can withstand 180°C without deformation.

Injection molding
TPU injection/plastic injection molding. When thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) injection molding, the dried and preheated TPU pellets are transported from the hopper of the injection molding machine into the heated barrel. When they are in a molten state, they are pushed by the screw (or plunger). And the nozzle at the front end of the barrel is injected into a closed mold with a relatively low temperature, fills the mold cavity, and cools and solidifies under pressure. After demolding, the same TPU product as the mold cavity is obtained.

 

Injection molding

Elastomers are different from metals in that they recombine when you machine or shape them. Our process engineers know our materials very well to ensure that the dimensions and specifications of the components are within tolerance.
