YALIDE High-Performance Polyurethane Heavy-Duty Wheels

With more than two years of in-depth research by the company’s R&D team in the field of polyurethane heavy-duty wheels, a series of polyurethane heavy-duty wheel products for high-end equipment applications have been successfully developed. This product series features excellent wear resistance, tear resistance and high resilience. The low internal heat generation and outstanding heat resistance of the high-performance polyurethane material endow the heavy-duty wheels with an extremely long service life, effectively ensuring durable and stable operation when applied to high-end equipment. Test results show that under the working condition of a running speed of 14 km/h and a load of 2.5 t, the polyurethane wheels operated continuously for 300 hours without rubber surface melting or debonding.In the obstacle-crossing test at a running speed of 6 km/h and a load of 2.5 t, after 32,000 consecutive obstacle crossings, the polyurethane wheels showed no obvious cracks, debonding or rubber surface melting.
This series of polyurethane heavy-duty wheels, with its superior comprehensive performance, has been widely applied to the products of well-known domestic and foreign enterprises, including Linde Forklift Co., Ltd., Zaozhuang Xinyuan Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Guizhou Liren Monorail Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd.It has gained unanimous customer praise in the application fields of heavy-duty forklifts, heavy-duty AGVs and monorail cranes. The R&D achievement of this high-performance polyurethane heavy-duty wheel project was awarded an Internationally Advanced rating in the 2026 Hunan Provincial Scientific and Technological Achievement Evaluation.
